Scottsdale Engagement – Location The Old Tavern in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Hi! I am Tara an Arizona engagement photographer and an Arizona wedding photographer based in Phoenix. Let me say, I am so happy you’re here to check out a desert engagement session that was photographed by The Old Tavern in located in Scottsdale, Arizona. If you’re looking for a location that isn’t way out in the actual desert, than this is your spot. Located right off of Indian School and Drinkwater Blvd. There is so much variety at this location allowing plenty different spots to photograph at. There is greenery, flowers, beautiful landscapes and mountain views from the parking garage. It is also a great area to go grab some dinner after your photo session. A popular dinner spot located right by is AZ/88.

Tristiany & Grayson had found me through Instagram and ended up booking their wedding with me. Their wedding package included a complimentary engagement session with the choice to wear two outfits. I was so excited when she reached out and when I spoke to her one the phone I knew it was a great match. When we finally met at their engagement session both her and grayson were the kindest people. Towards the end of their engagement photos we were at the top of the parking garage and noticed a church in the background with a cross on top. We captured their photos and Tristant had mentioned how her parents would love that one. Being able to incorporate God in these photos with the symbol of the cross was really special.

These two had such a light and gentle spirit about them, and are conveyed through the images. I am so thankful Tristany came across my instagram and that I get to capture their wedding. These two will be getting married at Troon North in March of 2024.
